About Infill Brokers

Infill Brokers is a new kind of real estate brokerage company for a new age.

For centuries Americans have built more highways, more subdivisions, more utility lines, more sprawl, farther and farther away from our urban centers.

In the age of climate crisis, this is unsustainable. At the same time, the vast majority of our urban houses and buildings are now 50 to 120+ years old, and waste most of their energy every hour. They contain aging mechanical systems and decaying materials that create dangerous health conditions.

Finally, many Millennials do not want a home an hour away in a ‘car oriented’ suburb – they want City life, even after they have kids, where they can walk to events, stadiums, restaurants, parks, and schools. Infill Brokers exists to connect buyers to infill sites and new units in urban settings.

The managing member of Infill Brokers is Jason Lewiston.  Jason has been in the real estate business for almost 30 years, as a broker, developer, and general contractor.  He has built over 1,000 houses and apartments, and served as a broker for hundreds of transactions.  He has years of knowledge regarding infill development, and feels very strongly that we need density and clean mass transit in our developed areas to protect the environment for future generations.
Jason was born in the Detroit area and attended the University of Michigan.  

He now lives in central Denver.
