What We Charge

Sellers:

We charge a $10,000 flat fee for listing a property , due and collected at closing. If we find you a buyer, without another broker involved, that is the total commission. If a buyer is found by another broker, the other broker shall receive whatever fee you decide to offer. We recommend offering a 3% commission to the other broker, if any.

Buyers/Investors:

The seller will pay our commission.

Developers:

We will sell (or lease) your new homes, condos, or commerical/retail spaces on our platform for a flat fee of $10,000. We will handle the purchase agreement, other documents, selections, allowances, schedules, walk-throughs, and closings (all with your input of course). We have 30 years of experience with the above. We recommend offering a 3% commission to the other broker, if any.

Brokers:

We charge $2,500, collected at closing, to analyze and present your listing on our site. We will not ask for any additional commission if we find you a buyer. You take care of staging, open houses, inspections of the existing structure, and let us handle presenting the property as an infill site.
