Please consider having us analyze and advertise your ‘older house’ listing (where the value may be in the land) on our platform. Really, Infill Brokers is in a much different business than you are. We do not begrudge anyone a 3% commission for listing and selling an older home. You have all of the responsibilities of staging, and marketing a home, and then dealing with open houses, showings, inspections, repairs, closing, and occupancy, just to name a few. In contrast we have very specialized expertise and responsibilities. For a small portion of your commission ($2,500 at closing) we can include your (relevant) listings on our site and give potential buyers a whole new reason to be interested in your properties.

All inquiries will be directed to you. In other words, once we have placed your listing on our site with your name attached, we will not claim to be a buyer broker, if we steer a buyer your way. Our compensation is capped at the fee above. If nothing else, we can give a home buyer confidence that the underlying land has great value, and therefore they are making a good decision to purchase the house. Please contact us at anytime.
